Bloomsday Lecture – 16th June 2017

To celebrate Bloomsday 2017 the Embassy of Ireland has arranged for an address by distinguished academic, Dr Derek Hand, Head of the School of English at Dublin City University, to take place at the University of Malaya, Petaling Jaya, on Friday, 16 June at 10 a.m.

Dr Hand will speak on “The Endless Possibilities of Ordinary Life: the post-colonial Irish novel”. There will also be a number of short readings by staff and students and an exhibition on James Joyce.
